You're right; he would not. Maglor knows what being left behind is like, and he does not make promises he does not mean to keep. If he could fight the whims of the Door, he would still be here.

You're right; he would not. Maglor knows what being left behind is like, and he does not make promises he does not mean to keep. If he could fight the whims of the Door, he would still be here.
