I wanted to stay here with you. It has been lovely to know you, to live near you and see you nearly every day, to talk and laugh with you, to work on projects with you, to sail with you, and to spar with you and both of us improve our skills and congratulate ourselves for that. I wanted to be here to protect you if you should happen to need it, and if you didn't need it but there was a Null invasion or some other occasion to fight -- to fight by your side.
